Operation & Maintenance

Planning & Scheduling

Our own engineers act as an interface, planning and scheduling for all maintenance operations occurring during ongoing operations. This entails optimizing of plant structure, assigning appropriate cost centres to each individual section, allocating funds from the budget and specifying exactly which operations are required and at what intervals.

In each schedule, Uhde Services takes account of organisational details such as compiling and handling routine work requests and monitoring completion notifications. It also compiles plant-specific reports.

Depending on the size of the plant, between 1,000 and 35,000 units (assets) need to be managed and up to 100,000 sections in large refineries. An appropriate computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) is chosen based on customer requirements.

Such a consistent approach allows users to query current status and provides an overview of progress made. The ability to measure and assess operational efficiency in this way is an added bonus.
